Bailey Shafer

As the Director of Operations and Marketing at The Jamrog Group, Bailey oversees the strategic direction of projects and marketing initiatives. Known for her innovative thinking, Bailey excels in devising creative solutions to enhance the experience for both our team and clients.

With a decade-long career as a medical-based speech-language pathologist, Bailey brings a unique perspective to her role, understanding the importance of creating and celebrating impactful moments for our clients, staff, and the community.

Bailey holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from Saint Louis University, as well as a Master of Healthcare Administration from Webster University. She is currently studying for her Project Management Professional (PMP®️) certification.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Bailey finds joy in family life. Bailey resides near St. Louis, MO with her husband Dominic, and their three children: Roman, Mila and Lola. An avid traveler and outdoor adventure seeker, you can generally find her outside with her dogs and chickens, cheering from the sideline of an athletic field, or planning their next family adventure.
