As Client Experience Director for The Jamrog Group, Caro makes our client-centric vision come to life. Data analytics and customer experience are her specialties, and she often dreams in spreadsheets and creative ways to use them.

Caro possesses a customer service pedigree that runs the gamut from world-class resort operations to micro-businesses.

Originally from the west coast of Canada, Caro lived in Whistler BC, Austin TX and Boston MA, before settling into a converted church in Holyoke with her husband Boon and three silly cats.
